CURRENT TRANSIT TIMES

Most destinations can expect delivery within 4-6 weeks.

Please contact us if you have not received your parcel after 8-weeks (or 10-weeks during within high volume seasons ie. Christmas posting), and we will reship.

  • UK : Ave 2-3 weeks 
  • USA : Ave 4 weeks
  • CANADA & AUSTRALIA : 5-6 weeks
  • REST OF WORLDAve 4-6 weeks, depending on the country
  • EU SHIPPING STOPPED - Following BREXIT, we can no longer ship to the EU. However, our EU partners Mandimart have set up an EU store located at:  Mandimart.EU, which ships from within the EU, with faster shipping times no additional duty charges.
PLEASE NOTE that shipping times cannot be guaranteed, depending largely on global and local postal services/customs.  Any custom duties incurred by the destination country, are the responsibility of the customer. Should a parcel be returned we shall reship or refund at your request.

      AIR MAIL: around 14 days faster than us
      DHL : around a week to the USA.
      EU-based www.Mandimart.EU if you require DMPS.

        SHIPPING DAY

        Parcels ship at 10.30am GMT, on the Thursdays.  All parcels are first air-freighted to the UK, where they are re-mailed into EU postal systems. It takes 2-3 weeks to be injected and for a tracking number to be supplied.

          SHIPPING METHOD

          Untracked air mail - Not traceable & no signature required.
          Tracked airmail - Traceable & signature sometimes required depending on your postal services). Both services are very reliable, as fast, and insured. 
          Tracking numbers will only be sent to you around 2-3 weeks after shipping, once injected into the EU postal system (and occasionally longer during holiday periods) - so please wait a little before contacting us. All parcels can be tracked here
          Thereafter it remains in transit (usually 10-14 days) and only becomes trackable, once it enters your home country. Please track on your home postal network from then on: Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived by the 8-week mark, and we will reship it. 

            CUSTOMS CONSIDERATIONS

            You are personally responsible to check with your customs to ensure that your country's customs will allow your goods in.  If your country does not yet appear in our shipping options, please email us for possible inclusion.

              CUSTOMS CLEARANCE NUMBERS

              South Korea customers need to include your PCCC number. A Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) will be required on any packages shipped to South Korea. The PCCC is a 12 digit code starting with P (e.g. P123123123123) and is issued by the Korean Customs Service.  Korean citizens can create a PCCC at the following website: https://p.customs.go.kr Non-Korean citizens are permitted to use their passport number in order to facilitate the clearance of their goods.
