Royal Mail is experiencing delays with the injection of parcels shipped from the 21st December, and subequent delays with tracking number provision. We expect 10 days to be added onto the transit times however.

We will email you the tracking numbers as soon as they show injection into Royal Mail.

 


 

PRIOR UPDATE - 2nd December 2020
ROYAL MAIL ACTIVATION


We are happy to announce that we are now shipping all parcels via ROYAL MAIL, in order to bypass unreasonable delays experienced with previous networks. We are already seeing a return to near normal transit times.
Although COVID might still cause unexpected delays, this depends largely on each country's shipping regulations, which are in a constant state of flux.

We are still experiencing extreme COVID-19-induced delays, for some parcels sent between the 1st August and 12th November. Usually, we would reship a delayed parcel by the 6-week mark, but we are simply unable to service all the requests that we are receiving.

We have thus been forced to extend our reship policy to 12-weeks, and ask those willing to wait longer to do so please. Luckily they are all getting there eventually, given time.

Please bear in mind, that we will not leave you out of pocket and always reship a parcel in the end.

CURRENT TRANSIT TIMES:

  • UK : 3 weeks

  • EU : 4-5 weeks

  • USA : 4-5 weeks

  • REST OF WORLD : uknown as yet, but monitoring closely. 4-6 weeks expected

 

FASTER SHIPPING?

Customers can also consider ordering our products from UK-based www.MandiMart.co.uk for faster transit times (they re-open on 4th January 2020)

  • AIR MAIL: 10-12 days faster than us via Royal Mail

  • DHL : within a week to the USA.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES:  

To obtain a shipping estimate, add the selected products to your shopping cart, as if you were placing an order. Once added, click the ESTIMATE SHIPPING button to view shipping cost and options for the order.

 

 


SHIPPING DAYS:

Parcels ship at 10.00am GMT, on the nearest Monday and Thursdays. Orders placed on Thursday after 10am GMT, will only ship on Monday.

All parcels are first air-freighted to the UK, where they are re-mailed into ROYAL MAIL. It takes 10-14 days to be injected and for a tracking number to be supplied.

TRACKED AIR MAIL - Traceable & signature somtimes required depending on your postal services). We offer a SUBSIDIZED RATE when 8 or more products are ordered.

UNTRACKED AIR MAIL - Not traceable & no signature required. This is no longer offered for COVID-related reasons in general, due to lost and delayed parcels, except for small parcels to the USA-only (contaning 1-7 units)

 


AVERAGE SHIPPING TIMES FOR INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS MAIL: 

These can no longer accurately be estimated due to COVID. Usually we had a maximum of 6-weeks, however, COVID has forced us to re-assess extend this to 12-weeks. Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived by then, and we will reship it.

If you selected the TRACKED option tracking numbers will only be sent to you around 2 weeks after shipping, once they have been injected into the EU postal system (and occasionally longer during holiday periods) - so please wait a little before contacting us.

All parcels can be tracked here at the ROYAL MAIL TRACKING SITE

Thereafter it only becomes trackable once it enters your country, please track on your hone postal network from then on.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping times cannot be guaranteed, and depend largely on global and your local postal services/customs.  Any custom duties incurred by the destination country, are the responsibilty of the customer. Should a parcel be returned we shall reship or refund at your request.

 


 

CUSTOMS CONSIDERATIONS:
You are personally responsible to check with your customs to ensure that your country's customs will allow your goods in.

Countries successfully shipped to on a regular basis include:

RETURNS:

Product returns are accepted for refunds/store credits under the following conditions:

  • if products are returned within 2 months of receipt, and

  • if the products are not within 6 months of their expiry date.

  • refunds calculated at current retail price of products in ZAR, due to exchange rate fluctuation.

  • should the products have been purchased on a special, the discounted rate will be taken into account.
